We all know what anger is, and we’ve all felt it: whether as a fleeting annoyance or as full-fledged rage.

We all face problems when it comes to anger and most of the times we let it get the best of us. Don’t let your anger control you get a hold on it before this happens.

Anger is an completely normal emotion that humans face it’s a coping strategy but it’s destructive and can ruin your relationships. Anger is like a whole whirlwind of emotions that gives u power to discourage and put down others.

The best way to control your anger is try to stay away from things that upset you. Try counting backwards from 100 onwards and meditation really helps.
